We are a small legal office in Stoke on Trent looking for a proactive and flexible individual with good interpersonal skills
to join our team.
The main role will involve a great deal of call handling and a professional telephone manner is required. You will also be required to perform general reception duties which will include greeting visitors and in an administrative capacity you will assist in supporting the legal team.
Other general office duties included in the role are photocopying documents, scanning ID, printing legal documents and archiving completed matters.
Minimum requirements: - At least 2 years’ experience of working in an office environment.
Reception experience is also preferable.
Experience of MS Office - Word and Outlook is essential.
Basic case management software familiarity would be preferable, but training would be given in this instance.
This is a full-time permanent role, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
