Selling at auction

 

We will prepare the necessary auction pack for your property and lodge this with the auctioneers in good time. The pack will include a copy of your title deeds, together with a Local Search, Water and Drainage Search and any other report which may be appropriate to the area, such as a Coal Mining Report. We will require you to pay for the searches initially and the contract for the sale of the property will include a condition for the buyer to reimburse the cost to you on completion. We will usually attend the auction to obtain the buyer’s signature to the contract and accept payment of their deposit.
