Sale Transactions

For a Sale price ranging from £0 to £100,000               - Our average price is - £425 plus VAT and Disbursements

For a Sale price ranging from £100,001 to £300,000     - Our average price is - £495 plus VAT and Disbursements

For a Sale price ranging from £300,001 to £500,000     - Our average price is - £550 plus VAT and Disbursements

For a Sale price ranging from £500,001 to £700,000     - Our average price is - £625 plus VAT and Disbursements

For a Sale price ranging from £700,001 to £1,000,000  - Our average price is - £750 plus VAT and Disbursements

 

Purchase Transactions

For a Purchase price ranging from £0 to £100,000               - Our average price is - £465 plus VAT and Disbursements

For a Purchase price ranging from £100,001 to £300,000     - Our average price is - £550 plus VAT and Disbursements

Search Indemnity Insurance

£16 to £35 if accepted by your new lender. If insurance is not accepted, searches have to be undertaken costing between £260 and £300

 

 

Please Note:

 

Disbursements are fees paid to third parties by us for things such as searches. This are direct payments and are not marked up in price by us.

 

We may pay referral fees if you are referred to our firm by an estate agent or mortgage adviser and this is on average £75 (plus VAT if applicable) per transaction. This will be included in our Fee when you get a quotation.

 

If there is any additional payment necessary to a third party we will notify you as soon as we are aware of this. For example on a leasehold sale or purchase there may be fees payable to the freeholder or managing agent.
