About the Role
We are a busy residential conveyancing office seeking an experienced and client-focused residential conveyancer for a full-time role.
We have an excellent reputation for client care and quality of work. You will be joining an efficient well-managed firm with a loyal client base and you must have a similar ethos to ourselves regarding client care.
Good organisation skills are a must, together with a sound understanding of property law and procedures.
Main Purpose of the Role
We are looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join the team to manage your own caseload of Sale and Purchase of residential property.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
You will be using the LEAP case management system and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. You will be expected to manage your own caseload from instruction through to file closure, to tight deadlines and in accordance with company procedures on both Sales and Purchases of residential property.
You will also be required to communicate with Clients and agents keeping them updated as required, remain calm under pressure and prioritise your workload effectively.
You must have:
Previous experience of residential property fee-earning, although we would consider a trainee/junior fee earner.
Salary will be proportionate to experience level.

Good interpersonal skills and confidence in liaising with others.
Effective Time management skills.
Excellent Keyboard, IT and data entry skills.
Problem solving abilities.
Enthusiasm and ability to be part of the team.
This is a full-time permanent role, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
