
Conveyancing /Post Completion Assistant
About the Role
​
We are a busy residential conveyancing office in Stoke on Trent looking for a Post Completion/ Conveyancing Assistant who
is a proactive and flexible individual with good interpersonal skills to join our small friendly team.
​
You will be responsible for producing letters and emails, submission of SDLT returns and Land Registry applications using the LEAP case management system. Other duties include updating the Lender Exchange portal and LMS system, answering the telephone, taking messages and meeting clients to deal with ID copying.
​
Previous experience of working within a conveyancing department is essential.
You must have:
Strong organisation and communication skills.
Attention to detail and numeracy skills.
Good interpersonal skills and confidence in liaising with others.
Effective Time management skills.
Excellent Keyboard, IT and data entry skills.
Problem solving abilities.
Enthusiasm and ability to be part of the team.

Salary will be proportionate to experience level.
​

This is a full-time permanent role, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
